摘要： 随着社会人口老龄化,老年人的健康及生活质量越来越受到社会的关注。通过文献回顾,分析老年人跌倒的原因,制定出应对的措施,为老年人提供了预防跌倒的自我护理知识,提高老年人的生活质量。

Abstract: The research of the falls and impairment in senior population were radically paid more attention nowadays. This article was gathering associated materials and documents to assess the fall risks and factors , and giving some efficient guideline and recommendation of the falls, in order to raise the awareness of the fall risk control and prevention , so as to develop te quality of life in their later life.
