摘要： 由于人口老龄化、脑卒中患者的增多及人民群众对康复治疗需求的增加,仅凭专业康复中心或综合医院康复科已远远不能满足人们对康复服务的需求,社区康复以其经济、有效、方便的特点越来越显示出它的优越性。因此,大力推广脑卒中社区康复显得尤为重要。与机构康复相比,社区康复可以尽可能调动社会力量,调动脑卒中功能障碍者的积极性,主动配合以获得全面康复,从而促进患者重归社会并参与社会活动,同时,运用多种综合康复方法,降低康复费用,减少家庭负担,达到用较少的投资取得较大的康复效果。

Abstract: Because of the population aging,the increase of the stroke patients and the need for rehabilitation,the treatment only in the rehabilitation department of the hospital is far from the satisfaction of people's demands of the service of rehabilitation.It is important to extend the community-based rehabilitation.Compared with the rehabilitation in hospitals,it is more economy,efficiency and convenience for stroke patients in community-based rehabilitation services,and further improve the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients.
