头面部化学烧伤患者的心理反应及护理对策

摘要： 目的探讨头面部化学烧伤患者各种心理问题的有效护理对策。方法对52例头面部化学烧伤住院患者的各种心理反应进行分析并做好相应的心理护理。结果52例患者出院前的抑郁、焦虑评分较入院时有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论对症做好患者的心理护理有利于改善患者的心理状态,使患者在最佳身心状态下接受医疗和护理。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the effective nursing strategy on various psychological problems of patients with head and face chemical burn.MethodsVarious psychic reactions of 52 patients with head and face chemical burn were analyzed and mental nursing was taken to these patients.ResultsThe depression and anxious scores of patients at time of discharge were significantly declined compared with time of hospitalization(P<0.01).ConclusionThe mental nursing can not only benefit to the improvement of patients' mental status but also make them optimum to accept treatment and nursing.
