摘要： 目的探讨开放病房对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的效果。方法对48例慢性精神分裂症住院患者采取开放式管理,结合综合性康复治疗,于入组前及入组后第6个月末分别应用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)及社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)评定效果。结果入组前后患者PANSS量表总分及阴性量表分、一般精神病理量表分、反应缺乏因子分,NOSIE量表总分、除抑郁和精神病外因子分及SDSS量表总分均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论开放病房可改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状及社会功能。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the effect of rehabilitation in open wards on chronic schizophrenic patients.Methods48 chronic schizophrenic patients were shifted to open wards with comprehensive rehabilitational therapy.They were evaluated with Positive And Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS),Nurse's Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE),Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) before and 6 months after the shifting.ResultsThere was significant difference in the total scores, negative symptoms scales score, general psychopathological scales score and response deficient factor score of PANSS, all the factors scores except psychiatric manifestations and depression of NOSIE, and scores of SDSS pre- and post-shifting(P<0.01).ConclusionRehabilitation in open wards can improve the negative symptoms and social function of chronic schizophrenics.
