摘要: 目的研究外科危重患者早期肠内营养的临床并发症及护理要点。方法回顾外科术后入ICU的40例应用肠内营养患者的临床资料。结果外科危重患者早期应用肠内营养发生胃肠道疾病并发症比例较高。结论危重症患者早期肠内营养需预防胃肠道并发症的发生。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the complication and nursing of intestines nutrition in critical patients after operation. MethodsThe clinical states of 40 patients after operation and being brought to ICU were analyzed.ResultsPatients accepting intestines nutrition presented high incidence of gastrointestinal complications. ConclusionIt is important to pay attention to prevent gastrointestinal complications in patients accepting intestines nutrition early postoperation.
