摘要： 目的探讨配合电针治疗的早期康复对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能的影响。方法将98例患者分成治疗组和对照组,每组49例,患者均在常规神经内科药物治疗基础上进行早期康复,治疗组同时配合电针治疗,疗程为2个月。采用Fugl-Meyer评分评定患者运动功能。结果治疗后两组Fugl-Meyer评分均有提高,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结合电针的早期康复治疗有利于促进偏瘫患者的运动功能恢复。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation with electro-acupuncture on locomotion in hemiplegia patients after stroke in early stage.Methods 98 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group.Both groups were given early rehabilitation.Patients in treatment group were given electro-acupuncture in addition.Results The scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment increased significantly in both groups after treatment,and were improved in treatment group compared that of control group.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture can facilitate the improvement of locomotion in hemiplegia patients after stroke.
