摘要： 脊髓损伤对大脑皮质产生的影响包括神经元形态和基因的表达、大脑皮质自身的功能和结构重组、局部血流、神经营养因子及其受体的表达等。这些变化可能对脊髓损伤患者的康复治疗和功能恢复有一定的影响。因此,了解脊髓损伤后大脑皮质的变化对进一步探讨脊髓损伤的机制,寻找新的脊髓损伤治疗途径有非常重要的意义。

Abstract: Spinal cord injury affects cerebral cortex in many respects,including morphology and gene expression of neurons,reorganization in function and structure,regional brain blood flow,expression of neurotrophic factor and its receptor.These changes may affect rehabilitation care and functional recovery of the patients with spinal cord injury.Therefore,studies targeting these changes are vital for our further understanding of the mechanisms of spinal cord injury and help to explore new therapies.
