摘要： 目的观察早期综合康复及强度-时间曲线测定对周围性面神经麻痹患者的治疗效果及检查价值。方法对89例周围性面神经麻痹的患者在发病后 1周内开始采用早期综合康复方案进行治疗,并在发病后10～20d,进行强度-时间曲线检查。结果治疗后痊愈显效率为93.26%。强度-时间曲线显示,正常神经支配者占62.92%,部分失神经支配者占37.08%。结论对周围性面神经麻痹患者尽早开始综合性康复治疗,可有效改善病情,强度-时间曲线可作为辅助检查手段应用于临床。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation and the value of intensity time (I/t) curve examine for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods89 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were treated by early comprehensive rehabilitation program in 1 week and were examined by I/t curve in 10～20 days.ResultsThe rate of the cure and excellent was 93.26%.Normal nerve detected by I/t curve were 62.92% and partial denervation were 37.08%.ConclusionPatients with peripheral facial paralysis who were treated by early comprehensive rehabilitation will have good prognosis. As a kind of examine ways, I/t curve can be used in clinic. [
