摘要： 目的探讨《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)检查表中文版应用于脊髓损伤临床评定的信度与效度。方法运用ICF检查表、ADL和ASIA表对50例脊髓损伤患者进行测试,采取患者自我报告、临床记录、医学检查等方式。结果与结论《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》检查表有较高的重测信度与内容和结构效度,可用于脊髓损伤临床评定。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the reliability and validity of WHO ICF-Clinical Checklist for patients with spinal cord injuries.MethodsClinical testing, case records and check had been implemented for 50 patients with spinal cord injuries with ICF-Clinical Checklist, ADL and ASIA.Results and ConclusionThere were high test-retest reliability and validity in WHO ICF-Checklist for patients with spinal cord injuries.
