摘要： 越来越多的研究证实，2型糖尿病已成为认知功能障碍的独立危险因素。除与糖尿病血管并发症及其固有的代谢障碍有关外，高血糖、胰岛素抵抗也起着非常重要的作用。

Abstract: More and more studies indicate that type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is an independent risk factor of the cognitive impairment. It is showed that factors such as diabetic vascular complications and inherenrt metabolism impairment, affect the cognitive functions of the diabetics, and poorly controlled blood sugar and insulin resistant may also play a role in it.
