奥硝唑治疗急性智齿冠周炎疗效观察

摘要： 目的观察奥硝唑治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床效果。方法125例智齿冠周炎患者随机分为试验组(63例,奥硝唑治疗)和对照组(62例,甲硝唑治疗),拔除患牙时详细记录治疗效果。结果治疗有效率奥硝唑组达95.2%,甲硝唑组为82.2%,两组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑对急性智齿冠周炎有明显治疗效果。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Ornidazol on acute pericoronitis of wisdom tooth (PWT).Methods125 patients with PWT were randomly divided into the experiment group (63 cases, treated with Ornidazol) and control group (62 cases, treated with Metronidazole). The curative effect was observed when teeth extracted.ResultsThe effective rate of the experiment group was 95.2%, that of control group was 82.2%. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionOrnidazol has an obvious effect on acute PWT.
