能力本位教学模式在康复护理学教学中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨能力本位教学模式在康复护理学教学中的应用效果。方法 对照组(2005级护理本科国际交流方向,58人)采用传统教学模式;观察组(2006级护理本科国际交流方向,54人)采用能力本位教学模式。比较两种教学模式的教学效果。结果 观察组的课堂测验成绩、临床技能考核成绩、案例分析评分、问卷调查评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 能力本位教学模式的教学效果明显优于传统教学模式。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of competency-based model in rehabilitation nursing teaching. Methods The control group (undergraduates for international nursing in Grade 2005, 58 students) was taught with traditional model, while the observation group (undergraduates for international nursing in Grade 2006, 54 students) were taught with the competency-based model. The outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The performance of the classroom test, the clinical skill test, and the score of case analysis and the questionnaire were all better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The competency-based teaching model is more effective than traditional teaching model.
