摘要： 目的观察本体感觉神经促进技术（PNF）对顽固性面瘫的疗效。方法60例顽固性面瘫患者分为针刺组和PNF结合针刺组各30例。两组均治疗20 d。采用Portmann简易评分法评定疗效。结果治疗后，PNF结合针刺组Portmann简易评分高于针刺组（P＜0.05）。结论PNF对较难治疗的顽固性面瘫有较好疗效。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and acupuncture on intractable facial paralysis. Methods 60 cases with intractable facial paralysis were divided into the acupuncture group and PNF and acupuncture group ( 30 cases respectively). They were assessed with the Portmann's Simple Scale after treatment. Results The score of the Portmann's Simple Scale in PNF and acupuncture group was higher than that in the acupuncture group (P<0.05).Conclusion PNF is synergistic to the effect of acupuncture on intractable facial paralysis.
