摘要： 近年来，糖尿病引起的中枢神经系统损害日益受到人们的重视，2型糖尿病患者存在认知功能障碍。本文从影响因素、发病机制等方面，就近年来对2型糖尿病患者认知功能障碍的研究进行了综述。

Abstract: In recent years, more and more attention has been paid into impairment of central nervous system after diabetes mellitus, including cognitive dysfunction. This paper would review the etiological factor and pathogenesis of cognitive dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
