摘要： 近几年有关针刺对脑缺血大鼠实验研究的文献表明，针刺在治疗缺血性脑血管病方面有其独特的优势，包括纤溶系统改变，氨基酸递质、活性肽、血液中蛋白成分、钙调素、一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶的改变。但是这些指标到目前为止并没有形成一个统一的标准；针刺的手法、取穴，治疗时间等也都不尽一致。

Abstract: The recent literatures showed that the acupuncture therapy had played a special role in treating ischemic stroke, including the changes of fibrinolysis, amino acid neurotransmitters, active peptides, proteins in the blood, calmodulin, nitric oxide and the synthase, and so on. But the standard of judgments, the manipulations of acupuncture, the selection of acupoints, and the course of treatment remain uncertain.
