摘要： 握力是上肢肌力评估的重要方法，又是预测多种关键结局，如术后并发症、死亡率、功能下降等的重要指标，对于老年人群的意义重大。本文就近年来对于老年握力的测量方法、正常握力值及在老年人群中的应用等方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Hand-grip strength is an important assessment of strength of upper extremity, which also can predict the clinical outcomes, such as postoperative complications, mortality, and disability and so on, especially for the elderly population. This article would review the advance of study on the measurement of grip strength, the norms and the application in elderly in recent years.
