摘要： 目的 探索对生酮饮食治疗儿童难治性癫痫的综合护理方案。方法 22例难治性癫痫患儿分为干预组（10例）和对照组（12例），给予干预组患儿健康教育、生酮饮食督导、家属心理护理、安全护理、服药管理、出院指导，对照组给予健康教育、出院指导等普通干预，随访3个月。结果 干预组患儿癫痫发作频率、外伤率下降（P＜0.05）。结论 运用生酮饮食综合护理干预可以降低难治性癫痫患儿的发作频率，提高家属的治疗依从性及降低患儿的外伤发生率。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the multiple interventions for children with intractable epilepsy treated with ketogenic diet. Methods 22 children with intractable epilepsy were divided into the intervention group (n=10) and control group (n=12). The cases in the intervention group received multiple interventions including heath education, ketogenic diet monitoring, psychological nursing for the family, safety nursing, medicine administration, early rehabilitation, and discharge guide, etc., while the cases in the control group received normal nursing. They were followed up for 3 months. Results The seizure and trauma decreased in the intervention group compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Multiple interventions for ketogenic diet can decrease seizure and trauma in children with intractable epilepsy.
