Attention Span in Patients with Brain Injury

摘要： 目的 探讨脑损伤患者的注意广度是否受到损害及其特征。方法 采用视觉与听觉广度测验，对27例脑损伤患者和34名正常人的注意广度进行对照研究，以能够正确回答的最大数目为指标。结果 脑损伤患者的视觉广度和听觉广度均明显低于对照组（P＜0.01），患者两种注意广度成绩无显著性相关（P＞0.05）。结论 脑损伤患者视觉广度与听觉广度均受损，两者损伤程度不完全一致。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the attention span in patients with brain injury.Methods Twenty-seven patients with brain injury and 34 normal adults who were matched in age and in years of education were tested with visual span and digit span to assess the attention span. The score relies on the max number that the subject can answer correctly.Results Both visual span and auditory span in the patients were significantly less than that in control group (P＜0.01), but they were not significantly correlated (P＞0.05).Conclusion The visual span and auditory span were impaired in different degree in patients with brain injury.
