摘要： 目的 探讨心理干预结合指导性家庭康复对脊髓损伤患者心理、日常生活能力的影响。方法 24例脊髓损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组12例。治疗组进行心理干预及指导性家庭康复，指导前后6个月两组患者均采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评定评定患者心理状况，日常生活活动量表（Barthel指数）评定患者的日常生活活动能力。结果 指导前后患者的SCL-90得分、Barthel指数比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 有效的心理干预及指导性家庭康复可明显改善患者的心理状况，提高日常生活活动能力。

Abstract: Objective To observe the influence of psychology intervention and family rehabilitation guides on psychological status and quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury(SCI). Methods 24 SCI patients were divided randomly into treatment(n=12) and control(n=12) groups. The treatment group was given to psychology intervention and family rehabilitation, the psychological status and ADL were evaluated individually by SCL-90 and Barthel index on pre-guide and post-guide of six months.Results The discrepancy got statistic meaning on degree of SCL-90 and Barthel index on pre-guide and post-guide（P<0.05）. Conclusion Effective psychology intervention and family rehabilitation guides could impove psychological status and enhance quality of life of patients.
