摘要： 进展性脑卒中已成为临床难题之一，感染、血压过低、血糖升高、发热都可加重脑卒中的进展，临床表现、影像学、生化标志物等有助于预测进展性脑卒中的发生，治疗包括抗凝、降纤、降温、降糖、扩容、治疗脑水肿、神经保护剂、外科手术。

Abstract: Progressive stroke is a therapeutic challenge for clinical practice. Some factors, such as infection, hypotension, hyperglycaemia and fever were related with progressive stroke. The clinical features, imaging, laboratory examination could predict the development of progressive stroke. Treatment include anticoagulation, reduce fibrinogen，temperature，glucose，enlarge capacity，control brain edema, protective agent and surgery.
