摘要： 研究生招收规模越来越大，就业环境不容乐观，研究生培养过程中出现一些新问题。本文浅谈研究生培养中应注意的几个问题：自信心培养、团队精神培养、创新能力培养和为研究生创造就业环境。

Abstract: With the increasing scale of graduate recruitment, the employment rate of post-graduates is becoming low. We are facing to some new problems during the post-graduate training course. This paper discussed several issues in the training of graduate students, such as foster self-confidence, team spirit and innovation.
