摘要： 目的 探讨卒中单元治疗对脑梗死患者认知功能障碍变化的影响。方法 选取有认知功能障碍的96例患者，分别采用卒中单元治疗(治疗组，52例)和常规治疗(对照组，44例)。两组患者在治疗前和治疗后2个月分别进行认知功能测验。结果 与对照组比较，治疗组的简易智力检查量表(MMSE)、数字广度和100→1的分数具有显著性差异。结论 采用卒中单元治疗脑梗死，能更有效改善患者的认知功能。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of stroke unit therapy on cognitive impairment in the cerebral infarction patients.Methods 96 patients with cognitive impairment were divided into two groups: the stroke unit treatment(treatment groups, 52 cases) and routine treatment (control group, 44 cases). Cognitive function examinations were performed in two groups before and 2 months after treatment.Results Comparing with control group, the score of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE), span of digit and 100 to 1 counting were significantly different in treatment group. Conclusion Stroke unit is effective to improve cognitive function of cerebral infarction patients.
