摘要： 收集下尿路功能信息对于脊髓损伤患者的管理非常重要，设立脊髓损伤患者下尿路功能基本数据集是为了规范日常的最主要的下尿路信息的收集方式和报告内容，使之符合国际脊髓损伤数据集的目的与要求。学习并使用国际脊髓损伤下尿路功能基本数据集，有助于规范和统一我国脊髓损伤患者下尿路功能基本信息的收集，为泌尿系统的治疗提供依据。

关键词: 脊髓损伤, 康复, 泌尿系并发症, 下尿路功能基本数据集

Abstract: Collection of information on lower urinary tract function is very important for the management of individuals with spinal cord lesions. The purpose of the Lower Urinary Tract Function Basic Data Set for Spinal Cord Injury(SCI) individuals is to standardize the collection and reporting of a minimal amount of information on the lower urinary tract in daily practice in accordance with the purpose and vision of the International Spinal Cord Injury Data Sets. By studying and using the International Spinal Cord Injury Lower Urinary Tract Function Basic Data Set, it is helpful to standardize and unify the collection of information on lower urinary tract function of patients with spinal cord injury in our country and afford evidences to the treatment of urinary system.
