头皮针配合言语训练对缺血性脑卒中运动性失语的影响

摘要： 目的 探讨头皮针配合言语训练治疗缺血性脑卒中运动性失语患者语言功能的疗效。方法 将96例缺血性脑卒中运动性失语患者分为治疗组(头皮针配合言语训练)和对照组(单纯言语训练)。采用《中国康复研究中心标准失语症检查法(CRRCAE)》为诊断和疗效判定依据，观察两组患者的听理解、复述、说、朗读、阅读等5项基本语言功能的影响。结果 经2个疗程治疗后，两组患者的综合语言能力均有明显提高，但治疗组提高的幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01)，治疗组患者的基本语言能力有明显改善。结论 针刺配合言语训练能明显改善失语患者的语言功能。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with speech therapy on the patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 96 patients with Broca aphasia of ischemic stroke were divided into the treatment group(scalp acupuncture and speech therapy) and the control group (only speech therapy). The China Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE) was used to assess the language function. All the patients were observed in basic language features such as the auditory comprehension, repetition, speech, and reading.Results The scores of composite language ability of the two groups were all raised significantly after two treatment courses, but it was more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with speech therapy can improve the basic language skills of the patients with ischemic stroke following Broca aphasia.
