大学生体力活动水平对脊柱胸腰椎矢状面曲度和活动度的影响

Effect of Physical Activity Level on Sagittal Curvature and Mobility of Thoracic and Lumbar Spine for Undergraduate

摘要: 目的为指导大学生进行对脊柱健康有益的体力活动提供依据。方法采用现况调查和病例对照研究的方法对583 位大学生进行脊柱胸腰段矢状面曲度和活动度的测量以及相关的问卷调查,在确定正常参考范围的基础上,根据体力活动水平进行分组比较。结果除女高组T12~S1曲度异常率与女中组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)外,其他均高体力活动组T1~S1的阳性率均低于中等体力活动组(P<0.05);高体力活动组T12~S1腰椎关节活动度异常率均高于中等体力活动组(P<0.05)。结论就一般大学生的体力活动方式而言,高体力活动水平有助于使脊柱胸腰椎矢状面的曲度保持在正常范围内,防止出现姿势不良以及进一步发生的腰背痛和脊柱畸形。

Abstract: Objective To provide the basical principles of exercise prescription for undergraduates to do physical activities which aregood for spinal. Methods Investigation and case comparison were used to measure the sagittal curvature and mobility of thoracic and lumbarspine and physical activity level of 583 undergraduates in some colleges by Spinalmouse and CPAQ questionnaire. Groups of differentactivity level were compared on the base of normal range. Results In the curvature testing, the positive rate of groups with high physical activitywere significantly lower than that with middle physical activity in T1~S1 (P<0.05), except 2 female groups with no significant differencein T12~S1 (P>0.05). In the mobility testing, the positive rate of groups with high physical activity were significantly higher than thatwith middle physical activity in T12~S1 (P<0.05). Conclusion High physical activity level is good for keeping the sagittal spinal curvature inthe normal range, and can help to prevent posture abnormity and spinal malformation.
