摘要： 药物成瘾是慢性、复发性脑疾病，严重损害健康，并造成巨大的社会问题。复吸是药物成瘾的主要特征之一，也是治疗药物成瘾要解决的主要问题。近二三十年来，人们对成瘾的机制、高复吸率、戒断方法等各个方面都进行了研究。笔者对近年有关药物成瘾的机制以及治疗的研究成果进行综述，为进一步的研究提供思路。

关键词: 药物成瘾, 扣带回切开术, 伏隔核, 脑深部电刺激

Abstract: Drug addiction is a chronic and relapsing brain disease, which causes damage to the health of addicts seriously, and causes huge social problems. Relapse is one of the major characteristics of drug addiction, and is the main problem to be solved. In the past several decades, the mechanisms, high relapse rates, abstinence of addiction were studied. The Results of these research findings are summarized in this review to provide a better overview of the mechanisms and treatments of addition in order to provide ideas for further research.
