摘要： 本文介绍在吞咽障碍病例的治疗过程中如何运用Bobath 理论。在治疗方法中，促进躯干和头部的稳定和定向运动，帮助患者重组下颌、舌骨和喉部的分离运动，改善口腔颜面部运动功能十分重要。

Abstract:

I reported on the treatment applying the Bobath concept for the dysphagic cases. I also pointed out that in this treatment it is very important (1) to facilitate stability and orientative movement of the trunk and the head, (2) to help composing selective motion for each of the jaw, the hyoid bone and the larynx, and (3) to enhance motion skills of the oro-facial area.
