摘要： 循证实践是遵循最佳证据的医学实践过程。以医学研究生为调查对象，分析循证实践的影响因素，探讨提高研究生循证实践能力的对策。

Abstract: Evidence-based practice advocated that clinical decisions should based on the most relevant and valid evidence. The medical postgraduates in our university were investigated with questionnaires about their influencing factors of the evidence-based practice. The countermeasures were found to improve the competence of evidence-based practice.
