摘要： 由于缺乏姿势控制能力，成人偏瘫患者上肢和手指运动，特别是上肢前伸能力及手指灵活性方面在日常生活活动中出现很多问题。改善上肢手的运动功能，需要提高姿势控制能力，例如坐位和立位平衡功能；同时还要提高患者的运动控制能力，例如肩胛带、肩关节、肘关节、腕关节及手指的选择性功能活动。本文通过分析两例病例来描述上肢及手指活动能力的评价和治疗方法。

Abstract: Functions of arm and finger movements in adult hemiplegia have many problems in daily living because of lack of postural control, arm reaching and finger dexterities. The functional improvement of arm and finger movement needs postural control such as sitting and standing balance and movement control (selective movement) of scapular, shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers. The assessment and treatment of arm and finger movements are described through two case-study.
