酚阻滞术治疗痉挛型脑瘫的长期疗效分析

摘要： 目的探讨酚阻滞术缓解脑瘫患儿痉挛的长期疗效。方法42例年龄为2—17岁的痉挛型脑瘫患儿应用5%的酚溶液进行74次阻滞,酚用量为0.5—4.6ml/次,平均2.2ml。采用修改的AshWorth评分法评定疗效。结果 66次酚阻滞术取得成功,患儿肌张力有所下降,运动功能有所提高,有效率为89.2%,显效率为59.5%,且副作用少。结论酚阻滞术有缓解痉挛见效快 ,选择性强、操作简单、安全、费用低廉等优点。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the long-time effect of phenol block on relaxation to spasticity in the patients with cerebral palsy.Methods42 children with spastic cerebral palsy were treated by phenol block.The age ranged from 2 to 17 years.74 peripheral nerves were blocked with 5% phenol solution.The capacity of injection ranged from 0.5ml to 4.6 ml,average 2.2 ml.Results66 phenol blocks were successful.The muscle tone turned below and the movement functions were improved.The effective rate was 89.2% and the marked rate was 59.5%.The side effects was few. ConclusionsPhenol block has advantages of quick relaxation of spasticity, high selectivity,simplicity,safety and cheap expenditure.
