摘要： 目的观察社区康复对老年脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力 (activities of daily living ,ADL)的影响。 方法在社区中选取50位老年脑卒中患者,随机分为康复组与对照组。康复组采用运动功能训练,ADL训练;对照组仅服药治疗。治疗前后对每位患者做Barthel指数评分,并对治疗前后的评分进行比较。结果康复组训练后的Barthel评分较治疗前明显提高,对照组无明显变化,两者具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论社区康复能明显改善老年脑卒中患者的日常生活能力。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of community-based rehabilitation (CBR) on older stroke patients in ability of activities of daily living (ADL).Methods50 older stroke patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and control group. The rehabilitation group was treated with motor function exercise and ADL training, while the control group only took medicine. Two groups were evaluated with Barthel index before and after treatment. ResultsScores of Barthel index on the rehabilitation group were higher than that on the control group after treatment, and there was a significantly difference between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions CBR has the significant effect on improving ADL in older stroke patients.
