摘要： 目的构建合理的以项目时间为框架的截瘫患者康复期临床护理路径。方法通过查阅文献、病例回顾，构建截瘫患者临床护理路径草案，运用德尔菲法通过两轮专家咨询，确定临床护理路径。结果和结论两轮咨询问卷的回收率均为100.0%，权威系数均为0.89，完成最终临床护理路径的设计。

Abstract: Objective To develop a nursing pathway outlined the reasonable timing for care of paraplegia patients at rehabilitation stage. Methods Literature and patient records were reviewed to draw up a clinical nursing pathway. It was modified and finalized after 2 rounds of Delphi's expert-consultation. Results and Conclusion The draft was responded by 100% of the experts, with a specialist authoritative coefficient of 0.87. The text for the clinical nursing pathway was then completed.
