摘要： Hoffa 病继发于髌下脂肪垫炎症和/或撞击，其临床特点是膝前痛。髌下脂肪垫内丰富的P物质阳性神经纤维受到伤害性刺激引起疼痛可能是Hoffa病疼痛机制之一。本文就Hoffa病与髌下脂肪垫P物质阳性神经纤维关系的研究现状进行综述。

Abstract: Hoffa's disease is the clinical condition characterized by anterior knee joint pain secondary to inflammation and/or impingement of the infrapatellar fat pad. The substance P positive nerve fibers rich in the infrapatellar fat pad were stimulated by the noxious stimuli,which may associated with the pain of Hoffa's disease. The relationship between Hoffa's disease and substance P positive nerve fibers in the infrapatellar fat pad was reviewed in this paper.
