摘要： 目的观察在进行康复训练同时配合针刺治疗对痉挛型脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响。方法将66 例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分成对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=33)，观察两组患儿治疗前后粗大运动功能测试(GMFM)评分。结果治疗后，两组GMFM评分显著提高(P<0.001)；观察组提高值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合康复训练可更有效提高患儿的粗大运动功能。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods 66 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group (n=33) and observation group (n=33). They were evaluated with Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) before and after treatment. Results The scores of GMFM improved significantly in both groups after treatment (P<0.001), and improved more in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can further improve the motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
