佳木斯市区脑性瘫痪儿童登记管理初探

摘要： 目的探索脑瘫登记管理的有效方法。方法介绍佳木斯市区脑瘫登记结果。结果共登记2002 年1 月1 日~2011 年2 月31 日出生，具有佳木斯市户籍的脑瘫患儿51 例。结论脑瘫登记的覆盖程度低，脑瘫患儿康复训练情况并不乐观。

Abstract: Objective To explore the methods of cerebral palsy registration. Methods The operation of cerebral palsy registration in Jiamusi was introduced, including the development of the management system, and contents, steps and notices of registration. Results 51 cases with cerebral palsy in Jiamusi were registered from Januaray 1st, 2002 to December 31st, 2011. Conclusion Less children with cerebral palsy had registered, and received insufficient rehabilitation.
