摘要： 本文简要回顾了虚拟现实技术的特点、起源与发展及在康复中的应用，重点介绍其在脑卒中患者平衡功能康复方面的应用及其疗效，同时简要介绍目前国内外常用的平衡功能的评定方法。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the characteristics, origin and development of virtual reality, and the value for rehabilitation; reviewed the application of virtual reality in the rehabilitation of balance function after stroke. Some assessment commonly used for balance function were summarized.
