摘要： 肩关节半脱位是脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能障碍最常见的并发症之一。本文从流行病学、发病机制及相关因素、诊断标准、治疗方法等方面综述近年脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的研究进展。

Abstract: Glenohumeral subluxation is one of the most frequent complications in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. This paper reviewed the recent advances in research on post-stroke Glenohumeral subluxation from the epidemiology, pathogenesis and related factors, diagnosis,treatment and so on.
