摘要: 本文阐述脑卒中步行机器人训练中所体现的现代脑卒中康复理念;以美国AutoAmbulator 步行康复训练机器人为例,提出步行机器人训练在实际应用中所面临的一些挑战;从临床应用角度对步行机器人的功能要求提出意见和建议。

Abstract: The gait rehabilitation robots for stroke are responding to the development of the understanding of stroke rehabilitation, but still some challenges for application may be faced to, as found in AutoAmbulator. Some advices were dicussed from the view of the practice.
