摘要： 乳腺癌在发生发展过程中及手术治疗后，常常伴有患侧上肢淋巴水肿，对患者生活质量产生严重影响。常用疗法包括物理治疗、药物治疗、手术治疗、内服中药汤剂、中成药静脉注射和针灸推拿。单一疗法很难完全解决这一问题。

Abstract: Upper limb lymphedema usually complicate breast cancer, which significantly impact the patients' quality of life. The management includes physical therapy, medicine, surgery, Chinese Medicine decoction, Chinese patent medicine injection, and acupuncture and massage. Combined strategy is needed for none of a single therapy is effective enough.
