摘要： 腕管综合征(CTS)是常见的周围神经病，是正中神经损伤后出现的一组临床症状。目前诊断CTS 的金标准为电生理检查。高频超声和磁共振等影像学技术为CTS 的诊断提供了新方法，能有效提高CTS 诊断的敏感性和特异性。

Abstract: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a common peripheral neuropathy, which include a series of symptoms results from median nerve injury. Electrical physical examination is the gold standard for diagnosis of CTS. More new technology, such as high frequency ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging, provides more information for the diagnosis of CTS.
