摘要： 吞咽障碍是脑卒中常见并发症，营养支持是康复的重要环节。本文就近年来有关脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的评估、营养状况及需求量的评估、肠内营养支持的时间、方式、并发症等方面进行综述。

Abstract: Dysphagia is one of the most common and life-threatening complications in patients with stroke, and nutritional support plays an important role in rehabilitation. This article reviewed the progression of study on assessment for dysphagia and nutrition, and the timing, method and complication of enteral nutrition.
