早期系统康复治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者的影响

Influence of Early System Rehabilitation on Severe Brain Injury

摘要： 目的探讨早期系统康复治疗对重型颅脑损伤患者的康复疗效。方法120 例患者依照病程分为病程<1 个月组(G1)、病程1~3 个月组(G2)、病程3~6 个月组(G3)和病程6~12 个月组(G4)。治疗前及治疗后2 个月后分别采用Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定法(FMA)及改良的Barthel 指数(MBI)进行评定。结果经过系统康复治疗，4 组均有康复疗效(P<0.05)，早期系统康复疗效优于晚期，尤其以G1 组疗效最佳(P<0.05)。结论早期系统康复治疗有利于重型颅脑损伤患者康复

Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of early system rehabilitation treatment on severe brain injury. Methods 120 inpatients with severe brain injury were divided into 4 groups according to the disease course. Group 1: <1 month; Group 2: 1~3 months, Group 3: 3~6 months; Group 4: 6~12 months. Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were assessed before and 2 months after treatment. Results All groups were with better effects after treatment than before (P<0.05), early system rehabilitation had better effects especially for Group 1 (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment can facilitate the recovery of patients with severe brain injury
