摘要： 目的了解育龄未婚或已婚无子女男性脊髓损伤人士生育愿望。方法通过结构式问卷收集数据，进行统计分析。结果脊髓损伤人士生育愿望迫切，当前相应服务不足。结论应为脊髓损伤人士生育需求提供专业化的服务。

Abstract: Objective To explore the reproduction needs of men with spinal cord injury. Methods Data was collected with questionnaire. Results 57 men with spinal cord injury had urgent needs of reproduction meanwhile professional services were deficient seriously. Conclusion The professional services for reproduction can't meet the needs of persons with spinal cord injury
