摘要： 随着机体的衰老退化，代谢发生障碍，导致老年性耳聋，老年性耳聋的发生、发展与很多因素有关，目前缺乏有效的药物治疗手段。本文从基础研究及临床治疗康复方面做一综述。

Abstract: Presbycusis relates to many factors, such as genetic, metabolism, aging. There was no effective treatment at present. This article reviewed the fundamental research and rehabilitation of presbycusis.
