摘要： 认知障碍是癫痫患者常见的伴随症状，主要表现为注意力、记忆力、计划判断能力的下降。随着社会医疗模式的转变，在癫痫患者的治疗过程中，其认知功能的损害是临床医生必经考虑的内容之一。癫痫与认知的关系越来越受到人们的关注。本文从癫痫自身、治疗方式以及社会心理因素等多角度来说明其对认知功能的影响机制。

Abstract: Cognitive dysfunction is associated with common symptoms of people with epilepsy, mainly declining in attention, memoryand planning ability to judge. With the change of medical model, cognitive rehabilitation should be comprised in epileptic therapeuticschemes by doctors. The relationship between epilepsy and cognition has attracted more and more attention. This article summarized thecognitive influencing factors in epilepsy itself, treatments and social psychological factors in order to explain the mechanism of the effect ofcognitive function.
