摘要： 作业疗法是康复医学的重要组成部分。脑卒中患者存在运动、感觉、吞咽、言语、视力、认知、心理和社会交往等方面的功能障碍。作业疗法在脑卒中患者的全程干预中有着积极重要的作用，可以帮助患者最大程度地提高生活质量。

Abstract: Occupational therapy is an important part of rehabilitation medicine. There is movement, feel, swallowing, speech, vision,cognitive, psychological and social relations dysfunction in stroke patients. Occupational therapy play an important part in the whole processof intervention for stroke patients, and help them improve their quality of life.
