摘要： 本文总结智力残疾定义的新发展及当前中国对智力残疾的定义；对智力残疾的发生和等级进行分析,探讨导致智力残疾发生的因素，也对智力残疾的康复与干预等做了总结和分析。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the developments of the conception, epidemiology of intelligence disability, and discussed the classification and rehabilitation.
