平衡试验中简易器具测量骨盆位移的信度和效度研究

摘要： 目的评价简易器具测量骨盆位移的信度和效度。方法两名测试者采用简易器具测量20名体健年轻人立位身体重心前后左右移动时的骨盆位移。检验其重测信度及不同测试者间的信度；并与功能性前伸试验(FRT)测量结果比较检验其效度。结果采用简易器具测量骨盆位移的试验方法，其组内相关系数ICC=0.91～0.97，组间相关系数ICC=0.94～0.98；与功能性前伸测试（FRT）位移平衡功能评定方法之间有高度相关 (r=0.88，P<0.01)。结论简易器具测量骨盆位移试验可用于平衡功能的定量评定。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo assess a simple apparatus measuring displacement of pelvis in clinical application.MethodsTwo testers measured the displacement of pelvis of 20 healthy young subjects moving their body forward, backward, leftward and rightward in standing position. The reliability of inter- and intra-tester was tested with intraclass correlation co-efficiency (ICC). And the validity between this method and Functional Reach Test (FRT) was tested.ResultsThe ICC of inter- and intra-tester were 0.91～0.97 and 0.94～0.98 respectively, and correlated with FRT (r=0.88, P<0.01).ConclusionThis simple apparatus can be used in a balance test.
