摘要： 短暂性脑缺血发作是发病率较高的缺血性脑血管病，也是脑梗死的危险预警信号。本文就短暂性脑缺血发作与脑梗死的相关性、进展为脑梗死的危险因素及量表评估进行综述。

Abstract: Transient ischemic attack (TIA) is not only an ischemic cerebrovascular disease with high incidence, but also a risk warning signal of cerebral infarction. This article reviewed the correlation of TIA and cerebral infarction, risk factors of transient ischemic attack progressing into cerebral infarction and its score scale.
