摘要： 本文报道1 例双侧脑裂畸形伴巨大灰质移位患者，临床仅表现为右侧肢体轻度瘫痪。经2 周强制性运动疗法治疗后，患者右侧肢体运动功能明显改善。

Abstract: A 22-year-old woman with bilateral perisylvian schizencephaly was reported. She presented only mild right hemiplegia. The motor function improved after constraint-induced movement therapy.
